A short-scale cittern made for a local trad-player who comes from Nebraska, hence the flying crane motif. This is a "through stick" design with super light lattice-braced top and a straight-through string path which requires a hold-down bar behind the bridge. Body is katalox and top is cedar. Very powerful and easy to play. Arm rest to allow free vibration. Scale is 534 mm.
