Number 221
This is a flat top Irish bouzouki made of shedua (an African hardwood also known as "amazique") with
Sitka spruce top. Lots of eye candy including laminated neck stripe, curly maple trim with black edges, slash-block
fingerboard inlay, and rosette made of the same wood as the body. All my usual structural features - 2-way truss
rod, bolt on adjustable neck joint and carbon fiber internal compression strut. Scale is 645mm, currently has a
wound A-course to complement the rich, complex, less percussive sound of the flat top.
