This is a mandola (CGDA tuning) made of curly maple with an Alaskan yellow cedar sound board. Trim is camatillo rosewood and kingwood. Finish is a semi-gloss water base lacquer, not buffed to a high gloss, creating a mellow antique look with the bronze-tone hardware. Easy to play with comfortable 420mm scale and low action.
