Number 210 is an alto (CGDA) mandola with 3-piece deep back and flat top. The body is amazing curly
walnut and the top is a light spruce. Trim is maple burl with rosewood bindings, abalone dots and
rosette, silver hardware and stainless steel frets. Scale is 440 mm, about 17.3", perfect for
d'Addario J-72 strings. Sound is balanced with a clear high end, more brilliant than the arch top
Gibson style. Action is low and easy to play. It has my usual bolt-on adjustable neck, internal
compression brace, 2-way truss rod and side port.
