Number 231
A 2-point octave mandolin with cherry body and Alaskan yellow cedar top. Fingerboard and trim are cocobolo rosewood.
Attack is crisp and clear with a dark, mysterious tone using flat-wound bronze strings. The asymmetrical 2-point body
gives easy access to upper frets, an elevated arm rest and pick guard keep arm and fingers from touching the top, and the
short scale (490 mm or 19.3") makes for easy fingering. All my usual features, such as 2-way truss rod and adjustable
bolt-on neck.
