This is an Irish bouzouki (GDAD or GDAE tuning) made of colorful curly maple with a Sitka spruce top and rosewood and walnut trim. Black tuners, black horn nut and ebony fingerboard markers create an unusual and stylish look. Scale is fairly long (650mm), producing a rich sound with complex overtones. Played softly the tone is sweet and pure. Played more forcefully it becomes a real "cannon" suitable for the loudest Irish session.
