This is a replica of an "English guitar" from the late 18th century. It was commissioned by a historial re-enactment performer to look approximately correct on stage, but is not historically accurate in construction, using modern glues, tuning machines, strings, etc. The body is curly walnut and top is Sitka spruce. Scale length is 24".
