#201 is an octave mandolin with a guitar style pin bridge. Body is chechen, top Sitka spruce, trim is mostly chechen and rosewood. High-low X bracing with treble-side lattice creates a sound that is more guitar-like, with lots of overtones and sustain.

Scale is 560mm, about 22". Construction features include a bolt-on adjustable neck, modern 2-way truss rod, and Gotoh sealed mini tuners. A rich, powerful instrument.
