This is a flat top bouzouki with body of goncalo alves and top of western red cedar dyed black. Beautiful madrone burl head veneer and pick guard, and inlaid Celtic knot inlays, complete the classy appearance.

The scale is slightly shorter, around 24" and the lower two courses are tuned in octave pairs. This creates a rich, complex tone full of overtones, but with punch and drive. Perfect for Celtic music.

Construction features include the usual user-friendly bolt-on neck and parallel-bar bracing of the top to withstand the downward pressure of the bridge. The neck has a modern 2-way adjustable truss rod.
