This is a bouzouki I made on commission for Andrew Shoemaker of Denver.

The body is "asian ebony" (not true ebony!) with a red spruce top. I used this wood also for the head veneer and pick guard. Gold hardware and ebony bindings with white veneer edges complete the brown-black-gold color scheme. There is a McIntryre pickup installed.

It has all my standard features (zero fret, neck extension over body, adjustable bolt-on neck). Andrew likes it. The sound is crisp with good sustain.
