This is an archtop 10-string cittern with short scale and high A strings. As usual with citterns, the tuning can vary.

The body is beautiful flamboyant chechen wood with a formed X-braced Sitka spruce top and curly maple neck. The bindings are ebony, and there are some simple but effective pearl inlays.
