Autoharps are wonderful instruments and I love to play them. Major technical issues include the tremendous tension from all those strings, excess weight (to handle that tension), poor sound (probably related to the excess weight), unwanted harmonics, and a very non-ergonomic feel.

Currently I have stopped making Autoharps because of the low demand, but I remain interested in them and welcome custom orders.
